Workshops offer specific help for individualizing instruction and addressing student learning strengths and weaknesses.

Judi Munday’s Workshops “Why Isn’t My Child Making Progress? Is It Time to Seek Help?” Is it me, my child or the text? In this workshop, Judi draws from the best of her 30 years of experience helping students with special needs. Choosing and Using Curriculum Part I — The Selection Process One size does not fit all! A curriculum that works for one child may prove a poor match for another child. Choosing and Using Curriculum Part II — Modifications and Accommodations All learners can learn – but many encounter some difficulty from time to time. Learn the difference between modifications and accommodations.

Judi’s Workshops cont. Students with Communication Challenges and Language-Based Learning Disabilities Many students struggle with oral and/or written communication. Judi shares how to help overcome them by providing proven instructional tools that work! Teaching Strategies and Tools that Really Work In this workshop, participants will learn how to transform students into more independent learners. Learn about available and affordable assistive technology that will both build a learner’s independence and compensate for areas of weakness.
