The Wanderer Carlos Lupercio 4 th period

“Grievous disasters, and death of kin.” These pictures show how deadly disasters can be. They destroy valuable things and ruin people’s lives.

“Sea-birds bathing. With wings outspread.” This picture shows seagulls bathing in the water with their wings out spread.

“All this earth ages, and droops onto death.” As the world gets older, more disasters happen as the earth nears it’s end.

“While hailstorm darken, and driving snow.” It means it was snowing at night after a bad hail storm that happened on that day.

“Blowing snow, and the blast of winter Enfold the earth; night- shadows fall” It means, it was snowing during the night and the wanderer seems to like the snow so he says let it enfold the earth. The pictures show snow falling during the night.
