How can I tell what nutrients are in the food I eat ?

What can I tell by looking at a food label?

Break into 6 equal lab groups and look at the “Nutrition Labels Worksheet” on your lab table.

There are copies of the food labels on lab table 7. Cut these out and paste them into your biology notebook. As a group, look at the food labels and answer the analysis questions (in complete sentences) in your notebook. Answer the analysis question in complete sentences in your biology notebook
