People say we live in a shrinking world. But what does this mean?

In the 17 th century it took 30 years for French Fashion to year England. In 1953 it took 5 days for the news of Edmund Hillary conquering Mt Everest to reach London

What is globalisation? Write down a definition of globalisation. What does your partner think? Has this changed your definition?

What is globalisation? Globalisation is the process by which the world is becoming increasingly interconnected. We now communicate, trade, travel and share each other’s cultures more easily around the world.
