Lead from the front Texas Nodal 3 Antitrust Admonition ANTITRUST ADMONITION ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each Market Participant attending ERCOT meetings. Lead from the front Texas Nodal 4 Updates and Progress RARF Metrics Overall –Status for the past week: Preparing for last full Audit run on 11/18 –Some business rules have been relaxed (such as submit date, fax number, etc) Total RARF’s Accepted: 133 (58%) RARF’s left to correct: 98 (42%) –56 RARF’s returned, but still contain errors –10 RARF’s have not been revised and sent to ERCOT for iteration 1 »2 have never been sent in (unchanged) –32 Load RARF’s are in progress with the resource entities. Note that these will be rolled into the MP11 metric on 11/18. Current production quality metric = 98% 2% of the issues are now spread across 42% of the RARFs

Iteration 2 In Progress –Account Managers continue to reach out to RE’s Please continue to use for Iteration 2 concludes on 11/18 –Last round of audit reports to be routed to MP’s on 11/24 –Thereafter, audit reports on submitted revisions will be provided as soon as received and processed by ERCOT (typically 1 business day)
