ELD is Tech Savvy We will be using GOOGLE CLASSROOM for most in class and at home assignments. We also use NEWSELA everyday in class to build comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary. * I am a tech enthusiast, therefore we will be building 21 st Century learning skills daily!

Homework O Homework is posted each and every morning. Students are responsible for copying assignments into their planners. O Homework is due the next day unless otherwise directed. O After School ELD is available for homework assistance

Additional Information O Students should arrive to school clean, neat, and in uniform everyday. O On Wednesday’s, our schedule is shortened due to chapel. O HIGHSCHOOLERS who wish to NOT attend chapel will have study hall in room 209 with me. O Jr. High students are required to attend chapel. O Afterschool ELD is a mandatory class and your student will be graded accordingly.

Supplies Needed for the Classroom O Please replenish your child’s pencil supply as the year continues. O Tissues! Tissues! Tissues!- The school does not supply the classrooms with tissues - only paper towels - which make for very sore noses when students have the sniffles. O Hand sanitizer (example:Purell) - A&P sells the Lucky brand for $1/bottle
