3. My name is Robin Stewart. I have lived in Lake County since 1982. I am a graduate of Mt. Dora High School. I received my Bachelor’s Degree at UCF and I went on to receive a Masters Degree in Technology. I have been teaching in Lake County since 1993. I was selected as Teacher of the Year in 1998 and was fortunate to be honored with being in the top three chosen for Lake County. 12. I use Whole Brain Teaching as a model for classroom management and instruction. The goal is to keep students actively involved in learning and instruction. We also participate in Brain Breaks on GoNoodle to help us focus.Whole Brain Teaching GoNoodle Students practice the rules and help each other follow the rules throughout the day. They work as teams to earn team points. The table with the most points earns “Movie Monday” with the teacher during lunch. Students also work on individual goals to earn stars on the Wall of Fame.
