Design - DATABASE CONCEPTUAL SCHEMA

Design - Architecture:

Demonstration…

Problems Faced Too large a scope for a 3 month project. Problem of Learning new skills in limited period. Certain problems with scheduling meetings and delegating and completing tasks on time.

Technical Challenges Retrieving and formatting data for display. Adding/updating events and their details. Showing the event details dynamically. Enforcing security. Steep learning curve.

Product Quality Product can be enhanced further, some additional functionality omitted due to lack of time. Testing for robustness and portability not completed. Security testing may be done. Testing with actual data, under actual operating conditions required.

Lessons Learned Knowledge of technical and management aspects of a small size project understood. Proper work and time estimation essential.(work is infinite, time is finite, plan accordingly!!) Importance of team organization and work partitioning. Power of OO design, development recognized!
