 For Every Hour Of Class, Budget 2-3 Hours Of Studying  15 Credit Hours Means 45 Hours Work  You’re Called A FULL TIME Student For A Reason  Not All Homework Assigned Is For A Grade  Do It Anyway!  Learn How You Study Best  Small Group, Large Group, By Yourself?  With Notecards, A Whiteboard, Paper And Pencil?  Read The Book, Read Professor Notes, Work Problems?

 Take A Break  Facebook  Twitter  Video Games  Real World  Meet New People  Join An Organization  Strike Up A Conversation (But Don’t Be Creepy)  Do Something With Other Humans!  Eat, Hike, Run, Walk, Sit, Stand, Just Move Away From Your Room.
