What exactly is a Puppy Mill? They are used to provide pet stores and breeders with animals to sell. A Puppy Mill is a location where animals are kept and forced to continually breed throughout their lives.

Living Conditions The basic flooring in a puppy mill is usually matted up with hairballs, feces,urine, vomit, and blood. Walls are just as dirty, they never get sanitized or anything
