How to use Powerpoint By Amanda, Nadine, Jirika

Curriculum Goal Students will be able to create five slides on powerpoint based on a given topic. Slides will include text and graphics.

Professional Development Goal Trainer will provide a CD, link with powerpoint templates. ( us/clipart/FX aspx?pid=CL ) us/clipart/FX aspx?pid=CL Give online links to teachers so that they can access instructional tools on powerpoint online. Provide instruction to teachers in how to use powerpoint (after school, training days). As a staff develop, project goals by grade level and set time table for completion.

Infrastructure Goal Laptops or lab for students Teacher station Internet access Microsoft office installed Projector or smart board

Write a funding goal Students-40 laptops (Derek special, $649.00) Teacher laptop $ Projector $ Activboard $ Professional Development trainer $ session

Monitoring/evaluation goal Initial Survey of staff to evaluate interest, skills, and classroom use Mid year check up with staff Technology Night-Showcase the powerpoints. End of year survey with things to improve on for next year.
