Sauce pan Spatula Plate
4 eggs 5 large potatoes Onion Salt Parsley Olive oil
Peel and cut into little pieces the potatoes and the onions.
Place oil in sauce pan and heat.
1. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes and the onions to the oil carefully and stir.
When the potatoes and the onions are cooked, remove from the oil to a bowl.
Empty the oil from the sauce pan.
Beat the four eggs.
Add the eggs, onions, salt, parsley and potatoes the sauce pan.
Turn over the omolette with a plate.
