 MATERIALS  INGREDIENTS  PROCESS

 Sauce pan  Spatula  Plate

 4 eggs  5 large potatoes  Onion  Salt  Parsley  Olive oil

 Peel and cut into little pieces the potatoes and the onions.

 Place oil in sauce pan and heat.

1. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes and the onions to the oil carefully and stir.

 When the potatoes and the onions are cooked, remove from the oil to a bowl.

 Empty the oil from the sauce pan.

Beat the four eggs.

 Add the eggs, onions, salt, parsley and potatoes the sauce pan.

 Turn over the omolette with a plate.
