Intensity: the brightness or dullness of a color Chroma: the strength or purity of a color

Values do NOT have to be just black and white. They can range in dark to light with color

Cool Colors: are colors that are calming or soothing. They are not overpowering and tend to recede in space. Some cool colors are blue, violet, and green

Neutral Colors - Colors that go with all color plans-- white, black, gray and brown.

Warm Colors: are colors that are vivid or bold in nature. Warm colors are those that tend to advance in Space and can be overwhelming. Some warm colors are Orange, red, and yellow.

 Yellow + Blue = Green  Red + Yellow = Orange  Red + Blue = Violet
