The Study of the world, its people,and the landscapes they create.

Geography involves gathering and studying data.

A region is a part of the world that share common features. Rocky Mts. And the northeast corridor of the U.S..

They Study how people interact all over the world and how the actions of one place affect other places.

They use satellite images to see what land in an area looks like from above the Earth so they can make accurate Maps.

Both Maps and Globes show what the Earth looks like. Globe is a sphere and really shows the earth in its truest form. Maps are flat easier to work with better for showing small areas
