Close Buttons Are On The Left The three buttons are X for Close, - for Minimize or Hide, and + to Maximize within the vertical screen area

Closing Windows does NOT close applications Notice that Photoshop, Firefox, Powerpoint, Word and Preview are all still running! Close apps, when you’re done!

Use F9 Key to show all open windows at one time.

SAVE Early, SAVE Often, SAVE As…

Use the arrow down button to open up the complete save dialog box

In this box choose WHERE you want to save your file!

Always START in the Groups Folder on our file server!

Then choose YOUR class’ folder

Then choose YOUR folder then press SAVE!

You will need to Print! Choose FILE>PRINT or Command +P

Choose the Printer - It should be named GPHS Rm 1708 and then Press Print

If it does not print, DO NOT keep pressing print, open the Printer Setup Utility

Make sure your printer is the default or bolded printer

Use the Make Default button if the wrong printer is chosen

Double click on the printer and check to see if your job is printing

This is an example of a document that IS printing!
