Civil Aviation Bureau of Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 2 Introduction ✈ As our common report shows, the air traffic in East-Asia region has been increasing steadily. In consequence, international ATFM has been implemented more frequently. ✈ Although it is important to manage ordinary operations, it is also essential to recognize the gap between the present ATFM and the ideal ATFM. ✈ In order to achieve the mentioned above, ANSPs should make up the scheme of data exchanges and post- operations analysis to review and enhance the flow controls. It also leads to practical CDM. Introduction
