Don’t Take It Personally  We All Have Our Own Sets Of Rules  No One Thinks Exactly Like You  We All Respond Differently To Things

Never Assume  Believe In Yourself And Know Who You Are  Negativity Towards You Is A Boomerang  Nothing Anyone Does Is Because Of You  Bad Actions And Words Are A Result Of Personal Unhappiness

Be Impeccable With Your Word  Never Gossip –Main form of human communication –Based on feelings not facts  Do Not Use Your Word Against Yourself  Your Word Is The Most Powerful Thing You Have –Planting seeds of fear –Offering words of hope

Ask Questions  We Have Been Conditioned Not To Ask Questions –Parents ignore –Peers ridicule  Justification Is Not Necessary –Believe in yourself –Trust the way you feel  Find Your Voice –You have a right to your feelings –Keep communication clear

Always Do Your Best  Your Best Will Be Different In Each Situation –Well or sick, happy or sad –Energetic or tired  Doing Your Best Prevents Judging Yourself

Let’s Review:

Take Action  Don’t Expect A Reward –Take action because you love it –Enjoy the action  Rewards Will Come When You Do Not Expect Them  Live Fully

Practice, Practice, Practice!!!

You Are Responsible You have to live with YOU..no one else! Find your voice, and listen to it! Trust yourself and the way you feel. Give yourself credit when you do good things. Never assume.. Remember, it makes an ASS out of U and Me Ask questions. Then listen to the answers. Make your word impeccable! Don’t take it personally. Everything is NOT about you. Never gossip. It is a waste of your words.

Finally…  This is not easy, but you can do it.  It will take practice and hard work.  It is worth the work.  YOU are worth it.  I believe you can do it!
