By: Daffa/5C ANGER

PROBLEMS (IN PUBERTY STAGE) Boys while in puberty stage might get mood swings and one of them is anger. In the puberty stage, boys would get angrier easily and sometimes they could get in a fight with each other without a good reason.

STRATEGIES & CONSEQUENCES PART 1 Strategy: Talk to a parent/guardian or counselor and confess to them how you really feel Consequences: The parent might find the cause of the anger and help defeat it or it might just make you more angrier

STRATEGIES & CONSEQUENCES PART 2 Strategy: Listen to very relaxing or calming music until you are either tired or until you forget about your troubles Consequences: The music that is playing could help calm you down and make you forget about your troubles

STRATEGIES & CONSEQUENCES PART 3 Strategy: Breath very slowly and deeply and think of something relaxing Consequences: The breathing tactic could work well when you are in a good environment

CONCLUSION For me the strategy that is most appropriate is when you talk to an adult that you can trust like your parents or counselor because you can trust them and they can trust you
