1 Emotional Changes during Puberty
Puberty is a challenging time in which young people may become more sensitive and easily upset. This is due to many reasons: The hormonal changes affect your mood and emotions;

2 The rapid physical changes in your body shape can make you feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Since these changes don’t happen at the same time for all adolescents, you may feel that you are different from your friends, and you may be embarrassed of that. Just know that this is normal and try to get used to it. It is important to try not to compare your development with others your age as every person is a unique individual with special needs and problems and his/her development is specific to him/her;

3 The internal conflict that occurs in this phase of your life might let you feel that you want to be independent, while at the same time you still need to rely on your parents.

4 : For These Reasons, You might Feel
Confused, and not able to make your mind or take a decision. Sad, and frequently feeling depressed or not in the mood; Moody: you might be very happy, and then for no reason you might feel down.

5 Over sensitive, so that anything or any word can make you cry.
Angry and prone to lose your temper more easily. You might experience a sense of not belonging to your family, friends etc, and that no one understands your way of thinking, of seeing things… You might experience problems at school with your teachers and friends.

6 Solution : While most of young people at your age experience these feelings and emotions, it is important that you have someone to talk to when it happens. Choose an adult or an older friend that you trust to express your feelings of anger, sadness and depression. Resource :
