Three Serves A Day A serve is equal to 200g of Yoghurt, or 250ml of Milk, or 40g Cheese. Did you know that you need your 3 serves a day to get your needed amount of calcium?

Milk contains: Riboflavin Calcium Protein Vitamin A & B12 Phosphorus Zinc Potassium Magnesium Carbohydrate There are also lots of Minerals and Vitamins in Milk.
