Problem definition:- When we done this site we found many unfortunate problem in it. Like manual problem, personal accounting managing problem, company related some issues. Some data entry problem, some discretionary problem, data update, data edition etc. Following problem we consider in problem definition. So we can definite this definition as under. “In entire management unfortunately occurred any defects which is affect the management most its call a problem.”

Analysis:- There are various orders in which the six phases of the Structured Systems Analysis Design Methodology (SSADM) are implemented. These are what we know as software process models. A software process model is a development strategy we incorporate to describe how a set of activities (the six phases of SSADM) must be performed and in which order to get the desired output. In our project we use: Requirement Analysis and definition - The system’s services, constraints and goals are established by consultation with the users. These are the defined in a manner which is understandable by users and development staff. Specification phase - From the requirements, a specifications document is produced which states exactly what the product is to do. System and software design - The systems design process partitions the requirements to either hardware or software systems. Software design is actually a multi-step process focuses on four distinct attributes of a program: data structure, software architecture, interface representations, and procedural detail.

Limitations of the existing system:- Some of the limitation of this accounting system is that can’t handle multiple account of same company or that can’t handle number of company account at single time. If you want to handle account more than one company then you have to move on another company name. So concurrency can’t maintain in this existing system. Scope of the proposed system:- In this existing system we can improve by adding handle multiple accounts at a time. So concurrency will maintain if we doing that much of level. So main advantage is this system become on kind of online tally accounting with ERP. That is biggest advantage of this system.

Project management Company joining date: - 1 January 2014 Basic knowledge about tool: - 15 days Project analysis: - 5 days Project implementation: months In this “Online Accounting System” project our company analyse first basic accounts and tally erp system. Then we go further implementation for form designing portion of accounts and vouchers. After that we implementing module of asp.net coding portion in which all form of accounts and vouchers. In this we write code for basic.net functionality of web application and then we move further part of accounts calculation and logic of accounts. After that in system all accounts forms and vouchers design and calculation plus stock managing portion we completed and move on reports of account like ‘Profit and Loss Accounts’,’Balance Sheet’, ‘Retail Invoice’. This portion of application takes more time in project.
