What to Eat For Breakfast? Good breakfasts to start your day are: eggs, cold cereal and milk, oat meal, whole grain toast or bagel, and yogurt with fruits or nuts. An unhealthy breakfast can even store you with enough energy for the morning, but a healthy breakfast keep you going for even longer pg

Why is it Important That You Don’t Skip Breakfast? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day Skipping breakfast does not maintain a healthy weight You tend to eat more calories during the day when you don’t eat breakfast It keeps you ready for any obstacles at the beginning of the day You have a harder time learning, because you don’t get enough nutrients Breakfast on the way is also better than skipping breakfast because it at least provides you with enough energy

What Nutrients Does Cereal Have? Vitamins: makes your body stronger and repair and rebuild your bones Protein: it builds and maintain cells and bones Minerals: aid enzymes and they are very similar to vitamins Carbohydrates: keeps your body moving
