Red eyed tree frog They eat flies, moths, grasshoppers and possibly other small frogs and crickets. Their scientific name is Agalychnis Callidryas.

Temperature For the red eyed tree frogs the temperature should be about 78-85 degrees in the day time. During the night time the temperature should be anywhere from 66-77 degrees.

Moisture Level The humidity for the red eyed tree frog should be kept around 80-100% The red eyed tree frog lives in the rainforest and it is mostly hot in the rainforest.

Light As it turns out, the red eyed tree frogs are nocturnal. Their eyes are a form of protection called startle coloration.
