Questions & Answers Q: What food is included for lunch and dinner? A: Last year, Cici’s pizza was served as the lunch. Students had approximately 2 slices each. For dinner, they had a pre-ordered sandwich box lunch Q: What do they drink? A: Students are provided with a water container to fill up for the trip. They are also provided with a small cooler bag to put in two other drinks. Q: What do they do on the bus ride? A: Students are guided by the tour coordinators in a variety of educational games to activate their learning on the way to Austin.

Questions & Answers Q: Can I be a chaperone? A: Education in Action limits the total number of adult participants on its experiential learning day programs to two per ten students. This number includes participating school staff members and parents. We will have a random drawing of parents who would like to chaperone. Approximately two from each class will be drawn. All chaperones must go through a full background check. They also MUST attend training at Greentree on May 18th at 5pm.

Q: Can I still go along if I am not picked as a chaperone? A: Additional adults may not participate. Should non- participating adults travel to the program site separately from the group, they will not be permitted to join the program or any student group. This is a company policy. If you need further clarification, a detailed explanation can be provided. Questions & Answers

Q: What if the weather is bad? A: The program operates rain or shine. Q: What if we decide not to go? Can I get a refund? A: We have to have final numbers in and the fee is based on our number of participants. No refunds will be provided. Questions & Answers
