2. OOPS! The customer was in the attic, misstepped, and fell though the ceiling.

3. I cut out all damaged material, installed screw backers on the left, reinstalled insulation & cleared joists of nails and debris.

4. Installed drywall from one piece to minimize the number of seams. The joints with more than 1/8” clearance will need to be pre-filled before taping.

5. Taped, skimmed 3 coats, and ready to sand. Use paper joint tape- throw the mesh-style away, it may crack through later.
