Planning RICH2 – M1 – SPD/PS No Access C-side (RICH2-HPD work) No Access A-side (SPD/PS work) No Access A-side (RICH2-HPD work) Severe limitations in March due to parallel activities on SPD/PS and RICH 2. No conflicting activities are foreseen in April May.  This has to be guaranteed, otherwise it is impossible to follow with the planning

4. Installation/Testing/Alignment 1 st layer We should aim to complete the installation of the first layer by Easter (April 10) The 1 st layer should be completed also in terms of testing and alignment by May 15  We have not yet the persons for each task; manpower is still missing

Activities for weeks March 9 – 20: – Alignment work: Thomas, Wander, Jean-Christoph, Sasha, Cedric, Burkhard – Cabling work inner part: Stas, Sacha, we miss a person – Chamber installation (R3/R4): Marcellino, we miss people – Chamber installation (R1/R2): Fabrizio, Alessandro, Burkhard – Chamber testing: Alessandro, Fernando, more people are needed  We don’t have yet all the manpower needed to get the work scheduled done !
