2 Threshold Scan Analysis Procedure for M1R4 chambers: 1)Verify the chamber with a threshold equal to 0.0 fC - we do this to found dead channels. 2)Verify the chamber with a threshold equal to 3.0 fC – search for noisy channels. 3)If a channel continued to be RED (noise > 100 Hz) if we change the threshold to 4.0 fC. We check the channel with the NOISE PLOT.

7 A different procedure needs to be done for M1R3 chambers. Suggestion: The analysis plots, could be divided in two or the window needs to be bigger. Impossible to see if there are a dead channel
