Suggestions for Kinesthetic Learners When you need to remember things, pace or walk around the room while reciting them When at home, try studying with music on in the background If you feel fidgety in class, try bouncing you foot up and down or squeeze a nerf ball. Try reading a book while walking around When studying, take frequent 5 minute long breaks
