Consider the areas on the Wheel of Life. Categories can be changed or added to make it truly representative of the areas in your life. Think about what success feels like for each area. Rank the level of satisfaction with each area of life by drawing a line across each segment. Place a value between 1 (very dissatisfied) and 10 (fully satisfied) against each area to show how satisfied you are currently with these elements in your life. INDIANA UNIVERSITY

6 Wheel of life- Understanding our values
How does this look-does it feel balanced?

7 Wheel of Life - Understanding Your Values
Review how you have scored the areas on the Wheel of Life. The Wheel must create a view of what you consider to be a balanced life for you.

8 Wheel of Life - Understanding Your Values
Now, looking at the wheel ask some questions: Are there any surprises? How do you feel about your life as you look at your Wheel? Which are the areas that you feel are most balanced How do you currently spend time in these areas? Which are the areas that you feel are least balanced? How would you like to spend time in these areas? How could you make space for these changes?

9 Wheel of Life – Understanding Your Values
For the areas you wish to change: What would make a score of 10? What would a score of 10 look like, how would it make you feel? What changes do you need to make to achieve this? Can you effect the necessary changes on your own? What help and cooperation from others might you need?
