I will be focus on their needs as a customer that they are of the government and those who need to provide a good service. Also implies a cultural change for people and companies as their relation with to the State. STRATEGY

Is one of the components of the Renovation Program of the Public Administration. Those have to be articulate with the policy of rationalization and process.
