9. Conclusion Lung cancer is categorized into three main forms non-small cell, small cell, and lung carcinoid. It is caused from a variety of different things although many times lung cancer is linked to smoking. Some of the symptoms include coughing, chest pain, hoarseness, weight loss, etc. And finally there are 3 ways to treat lung cancer- surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
