3. We are RESPECTFUL by: Keeping our voices at Level 0 Listening to the speaker Keeping our eyes on the speaker Clapping and cheering when it is appropriate PLEASE don’t yell or scream, it hurts our ears and it is bad for our voices!

4. RESPONSIBLE “The time is always right to do what is right.” ~ Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. ~

5. We are RESPONSIBLE by: Keeping our hands and feet to ourselves Entering the gym, sitting, and exiting with our voices at Level 0 Clapping appropriately

6. SAFE “Every child should have a safe place in their life.” ~ Sen. Joe Manchin ~

7. We are SAFE by: Entering and exiting the gym, using Line Basics Sitting with Body Basics Listening for teacher directions

8. CARING “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.” ~ The Lorax ~

9. We are CARING by: Giving the speaker our full attention Staying quiet so others can hear Sitting in Body Basics so others can see Being aware of the people around us Cheering for participants in activities

10. We can also: Echo back when we hear clapping rhythms or “shh shh shh” Cheer by clapping, or with fist pumps Our voices are at Level 0

11. If we are RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, SAFE, and CARING, our assemblies will be AWESOME!!!
