3 Movement Movement is a way of exploring and expressing ideas, emotions and relationships. Movement is a way of exploring and expressing ideas, emotions and relationships. Stylised movement involves expressing abstract ideas as in dance drama, mime, dance and mask work – unreal/deep ideas.
