29 SPONSOR and EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION UNAVOIDABLE OCCURRENCES: In the event that the Program is a cancelled or delayed through no fault of the Program organizers, The Venue Manager or the Sponsors including but not limited to fire, flood, labor disputes, natural disasters, acts of God, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slow downs or disputes, or other similar events then the Exhibitor/Sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or to claim for any loss of damage. ASSIGNMENTS & SUBLETTING: No Exhibitor or Sponsor shall assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of the sponsorship allocated area or space booth allotted without the knowledge and consent of the Program Managers. BOOKING CONDITIONS: Acceptance of Sponsorship and/or Exhibition Applications will be subject to the Program Committees approval. The Committee reserves the right to decline applications based on any association, direct or indirect, that does not uphold the objectives of the event. SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION: Sponsorship will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of the deposit payment and application form. In order to confirm your sponsorship we will require a completed Application to Sponsor form and a fifty per cent (50%) deposit payment to be forwarded to secure your booking. The balance payment will be required by Friday 22 nd April 2016. SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITION: Cancellations In the event of cancellation of either Sponsorship or Exhibition booths, the Program Managers reserves the right to retain deposits and the total amount of the booking unless the items in the booking are resold. Cancellations made in writing prior to 30 days before the commencement of the exhibition will be fully refunded, if the space or sponsorship is resold. A 5000 INR administration charge will be withheld. Cancellations made 30 – 45 days out from the commencement of the program, 50% of the total booking is payable or deposits equal to 50% will be retained. An additional, 5000INR administration charge will be withheld. Cancellations made 30-0 days out from the commencement of the exhibition will be liable for 100% of the total booking and if full payment has been received by the Program Managers this will be forfeited or payable on demand. PAYMENT AND TERMS Fifty percent on notification of allotment and the balance by Friday 1 st April 2016. If any of the above payments shall be fourteen days in arrears, the Contract with the Exhibitor or Sponsor may, at any time thereafter be cancelled by notice in writing by the Program Managers to such Exhibitor or Sponsor. In such event all rental previously paid shall be forfeited and the Exhibitor or Sponsor shall have no right to claim under the Contract but such cancellation shall not prejudice any antecedent rights or claims by the Program Managers against such Exhibitor or Sponsor. WITHDRAWALS: If the Program Managers agrees to release the Exhibitor or Sponsor from his obligations under this Agreement in exceptional circumstances, then, in the event the Exhibitor or Sponsor will be liable to pay 50% of all moneys due under this agreement. ‘This special proviso will lapse if less than 30 days remain before the opening of the Program, whereupon all moneys due from the Exhibitor or Sponsor to the Program Managers shall become payable forthwith upon demand.'
