HMRITM is affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University or popularly known as the IP University.
Vision
The HMR Institute of Technology & Management came into existence to provide technical education of the highest standards in the various fields of Engineering & Information Technology.

Cultural fest of HMRITM is popular with the name EMBLAZON.
Emblazon ’10, ’13 & ‘14 had been a huge success with enormous participation from various colleges of IP University as well as other colleges from Delhi and NCR.

4. How does being a sponsor facilitate you?
Posters and banners will be printed and distributed in various colleges of IP University and other colleges of Delhi NCR.
Publicity through social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter etc. will also be done in advance.
The college comprises of around 38 buses which will run throughout Delhi NCR with the banners of the sponsors and promoting them in the best possible way.
Being one of the only few colleges which have this much number of busses, the level of promotion or sponsor marketing would be done on a large scale which in turn benefits the economic graph of the sponsor company.
The university comprises of more than 100 colleges throughout Delhi. Thus, huge participation from other affiliated colleges is guaranteed.
College walls and the vacant areas would be flooded with the huge banners promoting the sponsor.

Our sponsorship opportunities begin at Rs. 30,000 and go beyond that. The various programs provide a wide range of sponsorships and packages that can be tailored according to the company’s priorities, objectives and most importantly budget.
Benefits:
Company owning Title sponsorship would be advertised before the beginning of each and every event by the anchors.
Company Logo on all events’ posters : 45 colleges of IP University are being invited via brochures and posters encripted with the logo of sponsoring company. We are having 40 college buses i.e. MAXIMUM number of college buses in whole Delhi & NCR, which are running four(4) times a day around whole Delhi as well as NCR area.
Company logo on Team’s apparel: All the coordinators and volunteers would be provided with special dress code containing company’s logo. All the team members as well as participants in every event will be awarded with goodies encripted with sponsoring company’s logo.
Recognition during media exposure: We are also promoting our Fest via media as well as Radio FM; where an interview will be held on our Fest and an advertisement will made two times a day on radio FM Rainbow.
Logo and Link on the website.: Company’s name and logo will be displayed & advertised till the next year.
