2. LANGUAGE yorkton ↑“Yorkton” written in ancient Yorktonian. It is not used any more, because of the complicity. YORKTONIAN is the language of Yorkton. Dialects are used in some regions near the borders, though they only have minor differences from standard Yorktonian. –Southerners speak in a fast tone, and westerners pronounce “o” as “ou-”.

3. Religion Yorkton does not have a national religion; people have free choices.

4. Etiquette How to say hello: You must try to keep the space between your middle and third finger as wide as possible: the larger the angle between your two fingers is, the more respect you are showing.

5. FOOD The culinary art of Yorkton is superb and diverse, attributable to the variety of ingredients from the nature: –The river full of water creatures, the forest with various birds and animals, the North Ocean with marine life, and the fertile soil that provides crops, vegetables, and fruits. People that live in the southern area eat a lot of meat, while people of the north eat a lot of fish caught in the North Ocean. The fragrant trees in the forests of Yorkton are the best firewood for cooking. They can perfectly deodorize the smell of fish.

6. DRESSING Yorktonians prefer simple but elegant and graceful fashion styles. Women and men all prefer pants, especially at the southern areas, to protect their skin from the insects that live in the forests. Yorkton is a place with four seasons: During the winter, people wear fur clothing; people get the fur and skin from wild animals in the forest or domestic animals.

7. ARTS Since Yorkton is a wealthy nation, people have enough time and money to enjoy recreation, such as painting, sculpting, music, and dancing. People dance during festivals. (Instructions for the Yorktonian Dance) 

8. Music Yorktonians enjoy music and dancing. The instrument shown in the left is a traditional woodwind instrument called a floooot. The wood from the forests of Yorkton are the best material for crafting instruments. Most music and songs praise the nature of Yorkton.

9. TRANSPORTATION Transportation on boat is developed in eastern Yorkton; the Makeshift River gives access to Penland and the Calsean Sea. Yorkton has a well-established road system. Most Yorktonians ride wooden carriages pulled by maals, gentle animals that run very fast with their numerous legs. Maals are popular because they run as fast as Niarts. Yorktonians also ride Niarts, vehicles that run by motors. You can connect or disconnect Niarts.

10. SPORTS Maal racing is a popular sport in Yorkton. There is a huge tournament every year, and the winners of each year are given 1000 leafs as a prize.

11. HOLIDAYS There is a Harvest Festival for a ten days, after the last stage of harvesting in late autumn. People celebrate the successful yield of that year by eating, drinking, and having carnivals. On the last day of the festival people make scarecrows to use the next year. There is also a New Year Festival in Yorkton. There are parades in the streets. People eat roasted bobobirds as a tradition. Bobobirds were believed to be birds that bring luck.
