18 Tips to help us keep your children SAFE: Check in at the office. Wear a badge. Security is extremely important. If you drive your child to school… -use the drop off lane -park your car and escort your child -no supervision before 8:50 Pick up after school -at the drop off zone -at 3:27

19 Tips to help us keep your children SAFE: The office will be glad to call your child down. You cannot go to the classrooms. Be on time---9:06, late at 9:15 Leave on time---3:27 If you are tardy, sign in at the office. Bus notes are a must.

20 We believe in communication. We have a 24 hour response policy. If you don’t get some kind of a response within 24 hours, we did not get the message. E-mail may not be looked at every day. Money should be in an envelope with the child’s name on the front and what the money is for. Call the office to report an absence Call or write if you have any questions or concerns.

21 Reminders for tonight: Sign-up for CONFERENCES in the hallway. Volunteer in whatever way you can. Join the PTA. Tonight is not an individual conference night. Please let the teacher know that you would like to talk some other time. Please put your Exit Cards in the boxes.
