2. A default page as above will be displayed once Silterra e-Bid System link is clicked. Figure 1

3. Click on the maximize/minimize button to expand the list of item description which is on bid. Original Currency on the list displays the lowest bid value and its currency. Lowest price shows the price after conversion to MYR. Figure 2

4. Figure 3 To bid click on the bid icon as shown in Figure 3. Once the bid icon is clicked, it will go to the sign in page. Enter your User Name and Password to sign in. To create User name and Password, click on the link as shown in Figure 4. Figure 4

5. Figure 5 To bid, fill in the required fields in the bidding form as shown in Figure 6. Tick on the checkbox, to confirm your agreement on the bid terms and conditions rendered in this form. To submit click on the Submit My Bid button.

6. Once the bid is submitted, the following page will appear, and an notification email will be sent to the bidder. Figure 6

7. Figure 7 Click on the Registration tab to register. User need to fill up the registration form to create User Name and Password. To register click on the Register button at the end of the form. Please take note fields with * is mandatory field

8. Figure 8 To view bid information, click on My Bid. To change the information that was entered in the form, click on the bid icon in the Edit column. Lowest Bid (MYR) is the lowest value bid among the bidders. Your Bid is the original value and currency entered by the current logged in bidder. Your Bid (MYR) is the converted value of the current logged in bidder.

9. To view bid information, click on My Bid. To change or to bid on another item of the same project click on the bid icon in edit column as in Figure 9. Figure 9 Figure 10 The bidding form will have two columns that shows Your Current Bid and the other Open For Bid. Fill in the information and click Submit My Bid button
