1. New York train derails

2. Four died and at least 67 were injured after a passenger train derailed Sunday morning in the Bronx, New York. The train was coming from Poughkeepsie with about 150 people on board. Three of the dead were thrown out of the train. Early Monday morning, workers began uprighting the cars to the extent that safety officials would allow. "That is a dangerous area on the track just by design," New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said after Sunday's crash. The accident occurred on a curve near the Harlem River. "The trains are going about 70 miles an hour coming down the straight part of the track. They slow to about 30 miles per hour to make that sharp curve... where the Hudson River meets the Harlem River, and that is a difficult area of the track.” The train operator, who is among the injured, told investigators he applied brakes to the train, but it didn't slow down at which point the train derailed. Investigators have recovered an event recorder from the locomotive and another car, but haven't yet examined them.

3. In Other News Amazon unveiled plans on Sunday for a new delivery service called Prime Air, which uses unmanned aerial vehicles -- or drones -- that look like toy helicopters. The "octocopters" aren't ready to take flight yet. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said in an interview on 60 Minutes that the drones would be ready to take flight in four to five years. But an Amazon spokesperson pointed to an updated post on the company's website promising aerial deliveries as soon as federal rules change. Those FAA rules could come as soon as 2015. The type of flights Bezos proposed are currently not allowed. The drone models Amazon is currently testing have a range of 10 miles and can handle products under five pounds, which is nearly 90% of the company's offerings. Actor Paul Walker (famous for the Fast & Furious movies) died in a crash in Southern California on Saturday. He was in the passenger seat of a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, driven by a racing team partner, that slammed into a light pole and burst into flames in the community of Valencia, Santa Clarita, about 30 miles north of Hollywood. The driver, identified as Roger Rodus, also died. Police are investigating the death of a man Sunday at the Kansas City Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium after he got into a struggle with another person. The incident occurred in a parking lot at the stadium while the Chiefs played the Denver Broncos just inside the venue, Kansas City, Missouri.
