1 BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings should be made on the booking form provided. A deposit is required to confirm a booking. Deposits should be paid within one month of making a reservation. Deposits are non transferable and non refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing. For cancellations made within 2 and 3 months of intended stay, 50% of the full amount will be payable. For cancellation made within 2 months of intended stay the full amount will be payable. Groups are strongly recommended to take out insurance to cover the event of cancellation. For camping and self catering buildings, balances must be paid in full before departure. For full board accommodation, the balance must be paid 2 months before your visit. Campsites are subject to a minimum charge per night. Waddow Hall reserves the right to cancel a booking in circumstances which amount to a ‘force majeure’. No refund can be made in respect of a stay terminated before due departure date.
