PLEASE NOTE: ALTHOUGH IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENTER A RESERVATION IN THE SYSTEM PRIOR TO THE EXPECTED LIVE DATE (1 NOVEMBER). ANY RESERVATION ADDED TO THE SYSTEM OTHER THAN THOSE ALREADY APPROVED WILL BE REMOVED AND NOT BE REFUNDED. Date Selection Screen
Search Availability Select the FRIDAY of the weekend you are looking to reserve. Enter the number of people you are reserving for (especially important for tent campers, or if you are renting a smaller building.) Select the Camp Hit Check Availability
Facility Selection 1 Yellow Line indicates your selected dates. You will also see the weekend on either side of your selected date. The arrows on either side of the Arrival date may be used to adjust the yellow line. Those facilities with check boxes are available for purchase. Those with x are already occupied. On the dates surrounding the yellow line, x indicates a reserved building, blank cells are not available to reserve via the internet, contact the office for more information (weekdays normally.)
Facility Selection 2 Click the checkbox(s) to purchase the selected facility. Click Add to Cart at the top or bottom of the page to continue. When you select a facility information on that selection will appear on the left side of the screen; Including pictures, amenities, pricing, or other important notes. There is also a link to manatoc.org for higher resolution pictures.manatoc.org Use policys, procedures are available for review here as well as on the payment screen
Cautions If you select Saturday on the calendar the system will still default back to Friday and two nights and allow you to select facilities. IF YOU CHANGE THE DATE AND HIT CHECK AVAILABILITY OR USE THE ARROWS, YOU WILL LOSE ANYTHING IN YOUR CART, AND NEED TO RESELECT YOUR BUILDINGS AND ADD TO CART. However selecting a new date and Check Availability is a valid action, it just empties your cart.
Cart 1 Cabins are charged by the building and priced for the weekend. If you indicate you are bringing more than the capacity of the cabin you will be charged the tent camping rate for the number over the size of the cabin. If you have rented multiple building please adjust the number attending to at or below the capacity of the cabin to avoid additional charges (if you are able.) If you need sleeping accommodations for females please do so on this screen.
Cart 2 In this example on the initial screen we indicated we were bringing 30 people. We are renting 2 cabins for a total of 48 beds. By changing the 30s below the capacity and recalculating the cart, the over capacity fee would be eliminated.

Check-Out Screen All asterisk items are required. Hit Next Page to continue. If you are missing any required information you will be prompted to supply it before continuing.
Payment Screen Review Reservation Policies Reviewed Checkbox Required Only valid methods of payment are shown. (You may see different methods on your screen) Checkbox Required Your reservation is not finalized until you press the Book Button If you rent a range additional check boxes will be displayed to verify your training and certifications.
Unit Deposit Scout Shop Accounts Units with existing GTC Scout Shop accounts may use them as payment for their reservations All unit leaders and committee chairs have received a letter in the mail with a code number to use during check-out on campreservation.com Any purchases authorized to that number will be deemed authorized by the unit There is no link between campreservations.com and the Scout Shop computer system, thus no balance update. Transactions will be posted the following business day. Any transaction authorized that does not have sufficient funds is subject to being voided. Units may OPT-OUT of this procedure by notifying Peggy and having their authorization number removed from campreservation.com Please review the letter sent to your unit for complete details, and other information about changes to year-around procedures. (Even if you are not using a Scout Shop Account).
Checks and Credits Units may pay by check only if they make their reservation and pay at the office (During normal office hours). Units that have credits on their account from previous cancellations MUST make their reservations at the office during normal hours to use those credits.
Reservation Changes If you need to change your existing reservation after you have made it, please contact the council office.
Tips Even if you select a Saturday on the calendar it will default to the previous Friday and two nights, all buildings rent for two nights. Tent camping, and council rings are reserved by the night. If you are going to walk-in please register at home before you arrive at camp to expedite the check-in process Archery and BB/Rifle Ranges have 2 hour reservation windows (9-11,11am-1pm, 1-3, and 3-5) Remember that tent camping is allowed in Camp Manatoc only during October. September & November to May is in Camp Butler.

Reservation Schedule Great Trail Council Units may reserve facilities 12 months in advance. Out of Council Units may reserve facilities 11 months in advance. Non-Scouting Organizations may reserve facilities 10 months in advance. Council/District Events MUST be on the calendar no later than 13 months prior to their event.
