3 Always Always means you do something all of the time or everyday.
Constantly is a similar word. Examples: Jenny always wears nice clothes. We always try to do our best. Julia always enjoys listening to music.

4 Usually Usually means that you do something a lot but not all of the time. Normally, frequently and regularly are similar words. Examples: Children usually like to eat candy. They regularly play soccer at the school. We frequently have rain in Oregon.

5 Often Often means that you do something more than not doing it.
Examples: I often play basketball after work. Lack of sleep often makes you sick.

6 Sometimes Sometimes means you only do something a little bit of the time. Occasionally is a similar word. Examples: I sometimes go shopping at the mall. Our friends occasionally get together on the weekends.

7 Never Never means you don’t ever do it. Examples:
I never listen to country music. They never eat at expensive restaurants because they don’t have much money.
