7 7 Thailand CDM’s Policy The Cabinet will give final approval for the operation of CDM project case by case; Contribute to National Sustainable Development Plan; Technology transfer and capacity building; Gives priority of benefits to local community; and The first phase of CDM will give priority to CDM in the Energy Sector and the 2 nd phase is under consideration.
