5. 2015 16th Annual PABUG Conference Paper Heavy Office Started using RHACOMM about a year ago. AA wanted a better way to manage phone messages and she suggested we use RHACOMM. We created a category code in RHACOMM called “CALLBAK”. Rhoni, our IT support expert, created a report in Argos that runs every 30 minutes. The report pushes out an email to one of our directors when a RHACOMM note is entered with the CALLBAK category code.

The Director of Operations is also copied on each email to monitor calls and to cover when a director is out of the office.
