2. 1970’S: NIXON & WATERGATE Objective: SWBAT examine the cause & consequences of the Watergate Scandal by completing a chronology timeline. Purpose: “Our constitution works. 4. WARM-UP: TIMELINE REVIEW Copy the timeline on pages 1056 & 1057 onto the HUGE 70’s section. Start by filling in ALL of the American Events. Fill in 1971, 1973, & 1980 for World Events. 12 minutes.
