EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE STEP 1 1.In all emergencies the person that detects the emergency must sound the alarm and phone the emergency services 10177/10111. 2.Switch off all electrical appliances where possible. 3.Lock away all your valuables. 4.All visitors and persons with disabilities must be assisted out off the building. 5.Know your evacuation plan and listen to instructions of the applicable marshals. 6.Move to your nearest Exit. 7.Keep to your left. 8.Don’t run and don’t panic. 9.Meet at the assembly point and wait for further instructions.

FIRE EMERGENCY EVACUATION 1.Follow Step 1 and close all doors and windows. 2.Stay low if smoke is present. BOMB EVACUATION 1.Follow step 1 and open all doors and windows. HOSTAGE DRAMA 1.In the event of a hostage drama, adhere to their demands, stay calm and wait for instructions. GAS LPG: 1.GAS LPG: Avoid contaminated area. 2.Stay upright at all times. Gas is heavier than air and will settle in lower areas. 3.Use same procedure as bomb evacuation. HAZARD MATERIAL 1.Avoid contaminated area. 2.Use same procedure as fire evacuation. ALARM SIGNALS FIRE = One long hoot for 30 Seconds BOMB = Two short hoots of 15 seconds each
