2 Study Plan 12 courses in each level divided into 3 semesters. o In semester 1 and 2: o 5 courses o For students under probation, in semester 1 and 2: o 4 courses o In semester 3: o All student should take 2 courses

4 Basic Math and IT for Foundation Student fail in Basic Math and/ or IT for Foundation cant take tow courses in Business Department: Applied Math and/or Advance IT Skills. Old Students have to pass theses foundation courses in First Year Diploma. If student did not pass these two foundation courses in First Year Diploma THEN student is not allowed to move and study courses from diploma second year. New Students (Intake of 2015-2016) have to pass theses foundation courses in Foundation. If new student did not pass these two foundation courses in Foundation THEN student is not allowed to move and study courses from Business Department. Any Student (Old or New) Fail in Applied Math are not allowed to take specialization courses from diploma Second year.

5 Additional Course Additional courses could be added during add and drop period only under the following conditions: If the additional course is from higher level (mixing) Cum.GPA 3 Available Seats Required score IELTS. If the additional course is from the same level (No mixing) Sem.GPA 2.75 Available Seats

6 Courses Registration During Registration dates, students are required to register all of the courses advised by the advisor. If you keep any course not registered the transcript will consider it as fail course. If you could not register because of full sections please contact your advisor and confirm all advised courses are registered.

7 Attendance Warning

8 First Warning if in any course Absence > = 10% Second Warning if in any course Absence > = 20% Third Warning if in any course Absence > = 30% Note:- Debar in that course and not allowed to sit in exam. Absents with excuse will not be deleted from the student attendance record.

9 Dismissal from the College because of Absence Student will be dismissed from the college if he/ she remains absent for two week continuously in all the courses.

10 Course Withdrawal

11 Course Withdraw Student can withdraw only one course in each semester. The student has to fill in course withdraw form. Get it signed first by the advisor, Second course lecturer and last department registrars. Then submit it to the advisor to withdraw the course from the system. Note : As student under probation you have to do calculation to know the consequences of withdrawing the course especially in third and fourth probation.

12 Probation

13 Probation-1 If semester GPA for a student become less than 2 the student will come under First Pronation If Semester GPA < 2 First Probation start

14 Probation-2 After First Pronation If CGPA < 2 Second Probation Start

15 Probation-3 After Second Pronation If CGPA < 2 Third Probation Start

16 Probation-4 After Third Pronation If CGPA < 2 The student may be given fourth probation on the recommendations of college council.

17 Probation Student enter in probation on the basis of Semester GPA but exit on the basis CGPA During Summer Semester students can not enter in probation. But students may come out of probation.

19 Repeating a course

20 Repeat courses Student is allowed to repeat courses with C grade or less grade. Maximum of three courses are allowed to be repeated form each level. In Diploma First and Second Year 3 courses. In Advance Diploma 3 courses. In Bachelor 3 courses.

22 Moving to Next level There are two conditions to move to the next level: IELTS Score/ TOEFL Score CGPA

24 Allocating Specializations There are four specializations in Business Department: o Human Resource o Marketing o Accounting Students specialized in second year diploma The students choose their specialization online through e-learning portal.

25 The required score to enter any specialization differ from one semester to another. For example, last semester score to enter each specialization as follow:
