3  On a scale of 1-4 one is strongly agree, two is agree, 3 is disagree, 4 is strongly disagree 1. Your lifestyle affects everything you do. 2. A satisfactory lifestyle includes a lot of free time. 3. At this point in your life, your lifestyle is stable and won’t change much. 4. When you are in high school there really isn’t much you can do about planning your future. 5. A lifestyle is strongly correlated to one’s identity and happiness.

15  Think-Pair-Share  In your notes, write down if you think your values affect your lifestyle or if your lifestyle affects your values.

16  How will your values affect your future?  How will your values affect your lifestyle, purchases, free time, friends, etc.?  Why is it important to be aware of your values?

18 Describe one value you would like to be recognized for. What will you do to demonstrate this value throughout your life to others? How will this value influence those people closest to you? Using these questions as a guideline, write at least three pages double-spaced.

20  As self-concept increases, there will be less to prove to yourself  The act of respecting yourself -Be aware of strengths and weaknesses -You must believe in yourself and accept yourself

21 -Most important factor toward success -When you believe in yourself you gain the respect of your peers -As a leader, to gain the respect of others, you must first be able to prove worthiness to yourself “If you believe you can then you can, if you believe you can't then you can't. Either way you’re right.”

22  Complete page 4 of the Values worksheet.  Defining your core values will allow you to focus on your priorities.  How might core values be demonstrated in lifestyle?

23 Write three full paragraphs using these questions to guide you,.  How might core values be demonstrated in lifestyle?  At what age can you begin controlling your values? Why this age?  What parts of your lifestyle are in your control now?  What parts are not in your control? And when can you start controlling these parts?  What will you do now to start aligning your lifestyle to your values?
