23. Best Practices 1. Feedback from the students is taken on the performa devised by the department to redress complaints of the students and improve quality of the MDM. 2. Mechanized transportation has been introduced to ensure timely delivery of meals in Schools. 3. Retired/experienced persons have been engaged to monitor/supervise the quality, quantity and hygiene of MDM. 4. They also check the delivery of the same in the schools and obtain feedback from the students. 5. MDM is checked by the Dietician of Health Department.
