Grievance Redressal Mechanism Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India  In order to redress public grievances, School Education Deptt purchased Mobile Phone and kept at the office where any person who intents to know about MDM may contact by means of call or SMS. The same is proposed to develop gradually.

Community Participation Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India  VEC’s have been entrusted with the responsibilities of implementation of MDM Schemes in their respective villages.  VECs are empowered for engagement of cooks.  VECs are authorized for procurement of materials.  PTA and mothers are actively participating in monitoring of the scheme.
